Registration Options and Fees

The Aging Revolution Summit, 9/25 - $299 - Includes breakfast, opening forum, all sessions, and closing reception.

The one-day Aging Revolution Conference will be held at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue. If you will be attending the Visionary's Reception the night before and require overnight lodging, please contact the following hotels:

Registration Payment

Please enclose your registration payment with your registration form. You may pay your registration fees by check, Mastercard, or Visa (no other credit cards or purchase orders are accepted).

Confirmation

Your registration will be confirmed within two weeks of the date received. Please notify the Registration Manager at 215.354.9587 if you do not receive your confirmation or if you have questions about your registration.

Important Notice

Your cancellation will be acknowledged by fax or email. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two weeks, please contact the Registration Manager at (215) 354-9587 to verify receipt.

Registration cancellations will be refunded by mail six to eight weeks following the meeting. Wesley Enhanced Living is unable to issue refunds for cancellations received on or after September 17, 2007. Duplicate charges to credit cards will be refunded after the conference. Wesley Enhanced Living cannot be responsible for interest charges that may result.

Wesley Enhanced Living refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

Cancellations Postmarked by	Refund Due:
August 31	80%
September 1 - 12	65%
On or after September 15	No refund - Substitutions will be accepted.
