The 2008 Aging Revolution Summit served as a dynamic platform to exchange provocative dialogue and innovative thinking on how to address the mounting economic and social challenges spurred by the rapid growth of our nation’s aging population.
The one-day event featured a compelling opening forum, interactive panel discussions and a keynote luncheon that was powerfully buoyed by keynote speaker Fred D. Thompson. The Honorable David M. Walker, former Comptroller General of the United States and current President and CEO of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation further charged the proceedings with special commentary that provided a searing picture of the harsh economic realities that beleaguer America and the immediate measures that must be undertaken to reverse the damage.
